2. Works of Art

The works of art offered on this website are described as accurately as possible. The images and descriptions of the artworks are indicative and do not constitute a contractual commitment.

3. Prices

The prices of the works of art are indicated in Euros and include all applicable taxes. Shipping costs are not included and will be indicated before finalizing the purchase.

4. Ordering and Payment

The customer can place an order by selecting the desired works of art and following the online checkout process. Payment is made using the payment methods available on the website.

5. Delivery

The delivery of the works of art will be made to the address indicated by the customer during the purchase process. Estimated delivery times will be communicated to the customer at the time of the order.

6. Right of Withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 working days of receipt of the artwork, without justification. The customer must return the artwork in its original condition and bear the cost of return.

7. Data Protection

The personal data collected during the purchase process will be used only to manage the order and comply with legal obligations. The customer has the right to access, rectify and delete their personal data.

8. Responsibility

Sakana Art Gallery will not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the website or the purchase of artworks, except in case of willful misconduct or gross negligence.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These general conditions of sale are subject to Spanish law. In case of dispute, the parties shall submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of San Sebastian.
