While there are many complex religious rituals, in this topic our focus is primarily on the daily habits we all do to help us feel grounded and secure. For some it's a daily run, for others it's what they eat or don't eat for breakfast. It may be something you do with your siblings on a summer vacation, or a solitary and private habit.

We extend an invitation to you, the observer, to reflect on your own daily rituals. Consider what it means to carve out moments in your day for balance and how that balance is achieved. This is not just a collection of art; it is a journey into the deep meaning of the rituals that shape our lives.
